These jeans are AA-certified, with RE ZRO Level 1 Hip and Knee armor which is breathable and provides class-leading abrasion resistance.
The Easy-fit, combat-style Jackal features comfort-enhancing stretch panels on the knees along with deep side and rear pockets with secure press-stud closures. Neat zips on the hems also offer sufficient adjustment to allow larger riding boots to be worn underneath without looking bulky or unsightly.
Using the Covec® Oneskin jet black denim shell to blend urban style with utilitarian practicality, and with the reassurance of RE ZRO® level 1 hip and knee armor, riders of all genres and styles will enjoy the comfort and safety of the AA-rated Jackal.
Armor-up with RE ZRO®:
- Level 1 Hip Armor: is added to the hip pockets to allow for enhanced protection and safeguarding when on the road
- Level 1 Knee Armor: can be adjustable on the upper and lower slots with a zip on the inner denim for a stealthier look
- Its Supermolecule Energy Absorption System protects the end user through the fracture of the molecular bonds under impact, releasing energy through heat and sound, a material behavior known as shear thinning. The Supermolecules then recombine immediately after impact, "REsetting to ZRO"

Fits very small
I've worn a 40/30 forever but these are nowhere near true to size. Very tight at waist and seat making them uncomfortable in a sitting position. Thighs OK but a bit snug. Fits more like a small 38. The 42/30 and 44/30 are out of stock so I will try 42/32 and 44/32 and hope that the knee pads are still in the right place. Heavy material but I guess it's the price you pay for protection at this price point. Hip pad pockets seem a little flimsy. Like the style and the thigh pockets are great. Snaps on pockets seem a bit cheap so we will see if they hold up to use.

Saved my skin
These pants fit comfortably, looked great, and I enjoyed having the extra storage of the cargo pockets. I'm relatively tall (over 6'), I found the legs felt a bit long when just standing and walking, but they were perfect and the kneepads sat in the right place when riding.
I was in a severe collision at highway speeds and didn't have any road rash on my legs. Aside from one torn pocket, and being cut off by the EMTs, the pants were remarkably intact. I'm absolutely going to buy another pair and I 100% recommend them to anyone.

Excellent 👌
I bought this and really liked the quality and design. The pockets are extremely useful. The fabric is really comfortable for motorcycle jeans and not skinny or super tight like other companies. These jeans are true to size.

Decent pants, fits big
Bought these pants as I wanted more of a cargo look pants.
I normally wear size 32 pants but 32 in these fit really big, next time I will size down.
Perforations on the knee pads hurt my knees after a while. they could add thicker fabric to prevent this or change the shape of the backing on the knee pads and smooth it out
Unfortunately, I only had the pants for two weeks and right leg cargo pocket stitching came apart. Bull-it stood by their product and I was refunded for the pants once I field destroyed the pants as requested.

Nice, weak buttons.
Very nice fit. I sized up, normally a 34 in Levi's and a 36 in Carhartt - went with a 36. The black fades nice, the knee armor pockets are adjustable to move up to fit over your knee.
Only cons:
- The snap buttons are fragile, they will pop off if you aren't gentle. (Bull-it approved me having it fixed by a tailor and they'd reimburse)
- The accordion stretch panels in front are a little off in their sewing.. not a big deal.
