Burgtec Rear Axle

These super tough axles are constructed to be compatible with multiple brands and made from 7075 Aluminium.

Unlike any other rear axles on the market, these feature a 6 mm allen key fitting on both ends of the axle. This ""Get out of Jail'' feature makes removal much easier if the 6 mm gets chewed up, over tightened or not removed for a long time. We all know how much it sucks to miss a ride and this feature should help make sure that doesn't happen.

Having an Allen key fitting instead of a QR also allows the use of a torque wrench so you can be sure your wheel is correctly tightened. As with anything Burgtec, it's those fine details that make all the difference.
