Hands down winner over SenaI also own a Sena30k. Not even the same league as the Cardo.
JBL speakers are much louder and sound less tinny. The larger speakers fit in my narrow Arai XD4 as well as My Shoei GT air.
Battery lasts all day (15 hours of riding at full volume) or a solid week of commuting.
I never touch the unit. The voice commands are very intuitive compared to Sena.
The mount is a little more finiky/lower quality than the Sena but still adequate.
Cardo waterproof vs Sena water resistant.
Noise cancelation works very well. Chat on the phone frequently with customers and they have no idea I'm riding a motorcycle.
The black does not come in a 2 pack.
These differences may be less if you compare the newest version of Sean. I bet their firmware hasn't changed.

can't go without.Absolutely love this product. I've been using a pack talk bold for 2 years already but unfortunately broke it in an accident. When I saw the black edition was out and with the better speakers to boot, I didn't hesitate to get one again. The connection is effortless as all you need to do is turn it on and you are connected. Even the first connection is simple using the app from cardo. By the time our buddies with there senna are connected we have already had a full conversation and are bored waiting. Just spend the money and buy quality

Cardo is indeed very good!I have been using another helmet bluetooth comm system from the other main player (i.e. Sena) in the market for several years. I finally switched to Cardo to go on my new helmet. Albeit my previous Sena is their middle-tier product (also few years old model), so it is probably not a fair direct comparison to this top-tier model from Cardo. Nonetheless, the Cardo is indeed as excellent as all my rider pals with Cardo have been telling me! Sound quality aside (which can be subjective and highly inaccurate assessment), I like how Cardo's speakers use standard stereo plugs instead of hardwired to the control unit. The iPhone app to make set up changes to the unit is also simple and easy to use.

New riding experienceDiscreet and aesthetically pleasing on a black helmet. First coms system, easy to connect on the phone. Great sound! It is a whole new experience.
Still need to adjust the placement of the speaker so it does not add as much pressure on the head.

Great Noise cansallationConnected the device to my Goldwing, and I've made phone calls, Facetime audio calls, and even Whatsapp calls. I asked, if they could hear wind, or the bike, and they all said no, just my voice crystal clear. Music sounds great as well

Poor customer serviceBought a Cardo Black paying the extra money for the larger JBL speakers. The volume on this unit is very low. I updated the firmware and did a factory reset and still no solution to the low volume issue. Checked over the phone app to make sure the audio setting were maxed out. Sent a email to customer support on the Cardo website and received a confirmation they received my complaint. It’s been 4 business days now and no response from Cardo. Poor customer service.

Fit great in my HJC i10. Install was super quick and easy. Sound quality is excellent as expected, and the few phone calls I've had, I'm told I sound just fine. I have yet to get any of the voice activation to work, but I haven't needed to use it much. I haven't yet used the mesh features. I have used Bluetooth to talk to a friend on a Sena, the pairing of which was a test of patience.

UselessMy girlfriend uses a freecom 2X and it’s almost impossible to connect with it.No wifi connection , you have to connect it to a computer to get updates like you use to do 10 years ago…freecom 2X makes it’s own update via wifi with no need for a computer connection…I ‘m actually going to get rid of it and buy a 2X or other Cardo that are up to 2023 technology. Very desapointed , it is on clearance sale and it’for a good reason . I do not recommend.
Hello guys. I want it for my snowmobile riding. Any knows about battery life in very cold conditions?
Asked by: Rick
The product is designed to work in temperatures between -20°C and 55°C. Anything outside of that could affect the battery operation and battery life.

Will the 45 mm speakers fit into a Shoei x14

Just use a 5 inch hole saw. Then plug it up with silicone and duct tape.
Use 3 inch drywall screws to anchor the wires to the shell.
Best cleaner for your visor after construction is 20 grit sand paper and acid.
