Fit bien sur mon 1/2 casque harley. L'atténuateur de bruit est assez gros pour empêcher que le vent fasse des glitchs de micro en bas de 120km/h environ.

Am I able to wear my own headphones ( use instead of speakers in my helmet) with this system?
Yea, you can use any 3.5mm headphones with this device.

Does it include the Packtalk Neo/Custom USB-С Mic & Speaker Cable? If not does Fortnine have the product - can't see on the website. Not convenient to move the cable from a full face. Also, does it come with the clip mount or just the adhesive mount?
Regarding the Packtalk Pro/Edge/Neo Half-Helmet Adapter, it does not include the USB-C cable you mentioned, as it uses a 3.5mm jack to connect the speakers.
As for the Half-Helmet Kit itself, it comes with both a clip mount and an adhesive plate. You can see how each is installed in this video from Cardo's official support channel:
