Great way to secure Edge to your Shorty helmet.
I bought this on the advice of a friend who has the packtalk Edge and now I see why he suggested it because it is an excellent way to secure your Edge to your shorty helmet. I did make a modification to the mic wire. I ran a 5 and 1/2-in piece of coat hanger and wrapped it in black electrical tape + zip ties on either end to give it an extra bit of firmness and now the microphone doesn't Bob around in the wind.

Installed on Pit Boss. Good mic.
Extra purchase required to install on half shell.
Recommend: get this one (with included cradle)(less wiring to ‘hide’ and seems less fragile).
Note: doesn’t come with speakers.
Installed on bell pit boss (half shell) and it works really well. Mic is really good at cancelling other noise.
