I bought this just over a month ago and am very happy I did. I ride solo mostly so the reason for it was to answer urgent calls. Calls are short so I can focus on riding. But having helps to prevent the need to stop remove gear and make a call that takes only seconds.
Have not used all the other features but works great and easy to use.

I am happy with this device everything functions as it should . The battery life is very good. The only disappointment was setting up a group with Sena users was difficult and Cardo’s app has very little information on group set up

Sena to Cardo Experience
I had a decade-old Sena SMH5 in an ICON Airmada helmet and went with to Cardo Packtalk in a Shoei RF-SR. The RF-SR had little wells to install the speakers so that part was easy. The Packtalk uses a TRS jack to connect the mic, which was hard to fit comfortably behind the liner around the cheek area in the helmet because of it's barrel size given how snug the helmet is on my head. The SMH had a tighter clamping with the screws and metal bar compared to the plastic clamp. I somehow found a way to misalign the clamp and bezel when trying to assemble it, which was hard to remove and properly reinsert, so be careful during that step. Otherwise the install video on YouTube was very helpful.
The app is very helpful to adjust the settings, I did need to turn on the volume boost mode for it to be loud enough to cover the wind noise through my earplugs on the highway. Battery life is great. Pairing the intercom with the old Sena SMH5 is a bit challenging but it works when riding with a passenger, only having issues with hearing GPS direction since both use Bluetooth at the same time.

Great for group ride, glad I had it
connected easily to group of 10, although I often could not understand the conversation (broken/dropped bits of convo.) It held a good charge.

Great Quality Intercom
Sound quality is great, and is has the same specs as the Packtalk Edge but without the magnetic clip. Using it as a radio for commuting to talking with your buddies on the weekend it's the perfect intercom out there. Battery last a long time and microphone sound quality is great.

Questions
What's the difference between the neo and the edge?
The main difference is in the mounting. The Edge features a magnetic "Air Mount," whereas NEO has a simpler clickable mounting. The NEO is able to connect to all Cardo units using regular Bluetooth pairing.
