Excellent Quality
I have used Sena for over 10 yrs changing models right up to the 50R &S, yet the Packtalk clarity and loudness is far superior. Fast and easy to install. The only thing I wish Cardo would do is add a shuffle music setting like Sena.

Buy the Edge instead
I have a couple of the Edges already, and needed another unit, so I thought I’d try the Pro to see if the auto-off feature was worthwhile; it seems to shut off quite quickly after it stops moving, which was quite infuriating when trying to pair it with my phone, so I shut the feature off and haven’t turned it back on since.
Crash detection isn’t to be used for offroad riding, and isn’t useful outside of cell service, so it I haven’t set it up, and I just get an audio reminder message, “crash detection not available” from time to time.

Great device- highly recommend the packtalk pro.
Great comms unit. I bought this for my new helmet, and I wanted it to interface with my old pack talk slim. Happy to report that it interfaces fine with my older unit. Installation was super simple. Buttons are easy to press with my gloved hand. I have found the software a bit finicky to work with, especially when pairing the Pack talk with a GPS as well as my phone. I have a hard time getting the volume balanced between the music, the intercom, and the instructions coming from the GPS (but that’s probably just user error).

It's all right speakers need a lot of improvements
Product is good but I wish the speakers could be a lot louder, as I cant seem to hear anything over the wind noice when I'm doing 100 k/h

Good product, but not loud enough.
I like everything about this product except the speakers. Even with the industry's biggest 45mm drivers, they are not loud enough for me to hear music or podcasts at highway speeds. I wear a full face helmet, and once I get up to 80km per hour or so, the wind noise drowns out the audio.

Overall this thing is great. But at highway speeds, with my helmet (full face) you have to have the speakers very loud and they get tinney sounding. Otherwise excellent.
