THE SHIELD IS GREAT BUT THIS IS NUMBER THREE
I bought this shield not because I wanted to but because I had to. the Mission helmet I love but with use the rubber seal on the top of the opening rubs on the inside of the shield when opening and closing. Over some time of use it causes lines to form on the top of the shield. It scratches the inside of the shield, and its right in line of sight. I had this complaint within a few weeks of ownership and one was replaced on warranty and now this is number 2. I chose to see if an adjustment was needed to the helmet in which I made to correct this flaw. And testing after this was done I seem to have excessive air permeation around the shield now. I will keep trying to make this work but its my only complaint about this helmet. Otherwise its great.

Really happy with this product
Works great! Adjusts to changing light conditions well. I wear it all day and into the evening. Very happy with this shield. Turns really dark in the sun. Looks awesome too.
One weird thing I noticed is the standard shield and this one are indistinguishable unless you place them under (UV light?) I guess, so inside at night I could not tell them apart. A fluorescent light in the garage did activate the photochromic lens and then I marked it.

I would also like to know whether the elctric shield comes with the required cords?
Yes, came with everything you would need to wire it from battery to helmet. Plus 2 zip ties, 3 amp fuse and two clips.
