Great Helmet!
Great beginner helmet -- 58" head -- Fit me perfect -- took a few rides for the foam stiffness to go down -- but now its perfect -- can also wear airpods or ear protection with no discomfort

Great value helmet for beginners
Value helmet, functional with the goods of a high end helmet. Functionally it’s great, with weight being the only permanent downside. When on the hwy over 100km/hr, turning your head to shoulder check requires significant neck strength to combat the wind effect on the visor. Good news that the visor doesn’t shake, rattle, or bend in the gusts of wind.
Size is about 1-2 sizes under normal. I fit a large, bought an XL, but wish I bought a 2XL.

Great Helmet
I have used the helmet for several rides now and really like it. Good airflow through the helmet. The dual visor (clear and tinted) is a great option. The buckle is a great design. The price was good and the color matches my bike. I can’t find anything negative to say.

Review title...
Very comfortable, good ventilation.
The sun visor needs to be bigger so it takes up more of my field of view. As it sits right now it only covers ¾ of my sight line and that really messes with me.
Otherwise a great helmet and I'll definitely be buying another CKX helmet in the future

New review after 7 months of wear
I bought this helmet in January and I originally thought it was a great helmet. I've ridden with it for 7 months now and found that it's initial wear was very tight but now that it's broken in it is very large for a size xs. Dangerously too big for my head now, the visor could be much darker and the ratchet chin strap is quite annoying when it's as tight as it should be. Although this seems like a great entry level adventure helmet, it isn't safe after the break in process. Spend a little more cash to get a better helmet.
The noise even with earplugs is terrible, it's the loudest helmet I've ever owned and I've been through my fair share of helmets. While riding on the hwy you can expect to break your neck if you have to lane change even when it isn't windy out or to catch that slight breeze when riding even at 60km. I do not recommend this helmet for anyone.

Great value
I've only worn it once so far while on a highway/dual sport ride on single and double track. Its definitely very similar to the bell mips adventure helmet, same style and shell size. Wish they had smaller shell sizes.
It's pretty loud on the hwy, but I'm assuming that's because the vents are right by the ears. I was very surprised while riding singletrack for a few hrs that the helmet didn't get hot, it was also a colder day 5° C but very good ventilation. The face shield seemed to fog up quite a bit unless riding at highway speeds then it stays clear.
It catches wind quite a bit, but most adventure helmets do.
It says headset ready, because of the style on the bottom of the helmet it was sort of difficult to install my sena but I made it work.
Comfortable and reasonably priced helmet overall.
