Chrome peeling off twice
I purchased the exhaust a few years ago. The bike is washed and waxed on a regular basis. The exhaust still looks like brand new, except the tips. I thought it was an isolation situation so I ordered new tips. Not long after those new chrome tips peeled off as well. Obviously not prepped correctly.

The Chrome was peeling off my original tip, so I bought a new one. Putting it on was no problem however taking the old one off was a pain in the rear end. it looks like overtime the bolt was on so tight that it's tripped. I had to take it to the mechanic and they had to literally saw the old bolt off.
aside for that so far it looks great hopefully with time and the tapes won't peel like the original one has.
initially I thought that would be getting a pair, I think it's a little bit expensive for only one tip

Perfect fit for my Cobra pipes.
Have had this addition for about a month and have had no problems whatsoever.

Questions
How do they attach?
there is a screw 2 in. from tip remove. tip should slide out. slide new one lining up holes use an all if needed don't force it. I loosed the heat shield made it a lot easyer.

Is the mounting bolt included?
Yes. Be sure to use blue Loctite when installing.
