Hi Would the Cobra Dragster Exhaust System for a 2006 SUZUKI BOULEVARD require any mapping? Thank you
In my experience, all bikes will run better if they are jetted or the fuel injection system tuned after installing high flowing exhaust. It is especially important with Cobra's Dragster system as it has straight through baffles in it. The Street rod exhaust has a simple cross-over muffler in it which seems to help the bike run better without tuning. I used the Cobra FI2000r fuel injection tuner on my 2010 Honda Shadow RS along with the Dragster exhaust and it worked out perfectly. My wife's 2014 Shadow Phantom has the Street Rod exhaust and did not require tuning to run very close to perfect, except for a very slight hesitation when the bike is cold.
