Useful little bag
Bought this because I couldn't wear a back while riding two up, but needed to carry my wallet, phone, lunch, and such to work after dripping off my passenger. It is a good size for all this, plus more. I can put a spare screen for my helmet for those days when the weather in Vancouver is variable. With the expansion zipper open a bit it fits all of the above, with a bottle of scotch - just the trick on the way home from work.

Great quality
Replaced my Cortech Mini with this bag. Holds plenty for my needs...phone, keys, gloves, camera, sweater, water bottle and expands for even more! The magnets keep the bag secure on my bike and the bag just lifts right off to take with me.

Well built and compact
I have a larger Oxford tank bag when I need to carry more, but it is in the way for smaller trips. Unextended, this easily carries a small can of plexus, cloth, paperwork, money etc., and fits the GoPro with suction mount and more when I stop for lunch etc. Magnets are STRONG, and also snap to the bag out of the way when carrying it (the Oxford does not). Ideal for short trips, and Cortech bags are the best as far as construction.

Nice and compact when I don't need the storage
I previously bought the 12 L version and I really like the quality. I found it too big for 80% of the time I was using it.This bag is perfect. Nice and small when I only have a few things to carry and then it expands when I need to store something such as a piece of clothing I took off because I was getting hot.

I ordered this bag because cortech makes good stuff and I wanted a tank bag to use as a lunch pail on rides to work. With it expanded I can fit everything I need and the magnets make it really quick and easy to take on and off.

Perfect amount of space for a few things!
This bag mounts (almost) perfectly onto my G650GS. The size and shape match the contours of the bike. I preferred a smaller tank bag and the amount of space when the bag is compressed is pretty decent. The mounting system is simple enough, however removing the bag from the clips is a little awkward but it's manageable. The bag comes with a simple waterproof cover, which includes a clear window to match the window on the bag. Maps are still visible, or whatever else you might store in the top pocket.
For the price, the value cannot be beat!

If it has a metal gas tank then yes it will fit.

can I use my phone (touchscreen) through the plastic window?
No, not on my iPhone X. Also, keep in mind that if you keep your phone inside the top clear pocket, it will overheat if riding under the sun for awhile. It had happened to my phone.
