These pedals are great. I swapped out the awful stock pedals on my bike with these and I no longer have issues with my feet sliding off the pedals on technical sections. They seem to be able to take a beating without issue too.
I wear a size 13 US shoe and the large size is about right for me.

Awesome pedal, good price, really good grip. a little heavy but I put mine on an E bike so I am not effected by the weight any.
