Works perfectly on 2009 XL1200C
In 2010, I bought Custom Dynamics LEDs for my 2009 Sportster 1200 Custom. The LEDs were round PCBs with an array of 5mm T1-3/4 LEDs on them. The "Load Balancer" was a small box, probably with simple resistors inside it, and it came with warnings about overheating if the 4-ways were left on. After a dozen years, it was still working but I decided to buy the new Signal Stabilizer because it doesn't draw unnecessary current and doesn't get hot and doesn't hyperflash. I just plugged it in and it works great. I've been running it daily all summer and all is well. I also got new Probeam LEDs front and rear. They look great and work great. I like the front ones that are white and flash amber. So cool.

Solved problems
Solved the hyper flashing of the signal lights. But finding room for the equalizer and the extra wiring harness was difficult, but with much trial and error it worked out in the end.

Bought this to solve the hyper flash issue that occurred after installing led front and rear turn signals on my 07 Street Bob. Super easy install took me longer to get my seat off. Worked 100%.

does this work for the front signals? I had something similar to this on my 2011 HD FXDF Fatbob, and it worked for the rear, but not the front.
It can do one or the other. They are on different wire warinesses. I think you would need two. I only did my rear lights.

Can this be used with stock signals? Stock module went, looking to replace...and save $!
I do not believe so because it just plugs in line so led lights don’t blink fast.

i have a 1999 dyna fxd superglide, it says guaranteed fitment. my problem is that i installed the Mini drag specialties LED turn signals and when i hit the turn signal button they dont blink, just stay solid. Will this resolve my problem? cheers

One. It should plug into the harness under the seat. It’ll be in line with all the signals

Weird question... what exactly does this part/product do? I bought a sportster with this already installed.. description isn't entirely clear what it does exactly. Is it just auto-off blinker switch?
The smart signal stabilizer allows older Harley motorcycles to covert the stock bulb signal lights to LED’s. By having the stabilizer it prevents the LED lights going into a rapid flash. Thus balancing the electrical load of these lights equally (aka stabilizing). Without this and having LED’s on your bike it’s possible that your bike could have computer malfunctions.
