This Dainese back protector bends and stretches both longitudinally and latitudinally and is held in position with removable straps and a removable, adjustable lumbar band. Created in expanded nitrile rubber, the back protector includes 4 thermoplastic bearings and allows the rider 5 different levels of movement for unparalleled comfort. The dynamic thickness and anatomic advantages of its construction perfectly integrate with the safety features of this Level 2 EN 1621.2 certified back protector.

Great fit
Previously I used the Dainese Wave12 D1 Air, which was a great back protector. However I just got a custom fit Dainese suit that is quite tight, and the old back protector was a bit too thick; the new Dainese Pro-Armor version is much thinner and still has the CE Level 2 rating. The new one conforms to the curves of your back better. I would purchase it again.

Great product
Purchased a week ago, sizing was easy with the info provided from the site.
Back protector is lite weight, ventilated,and made of high quality materials.
Fits well and has a fair amount of adjust-ability. Purchased for track days worn under Dainese Assen suit.
