Parfaite pour les dos en mauvais état
Cette ceinture est parfaite pour moi.
Opéré pour hernie discale au bas du dos il y a quelques années; et avec cette ceinture je fais régulièrement des 800 à 900 km par jour et même un 1200 km en une journée dernièrement.
Juste dommage que ça ne fasse pas pour les coccyx...

What waist sizes does the medium belt size typically fit?
I bought the belt in XL and it fits perfect. I wear jeans in a waist size 40.
