Dainese Tosa One-Piece Perforated Leather Suit

Dainese Tosa one-piece motorcycle suit with CE EN 17092 certification made of premium perforated Tutu cowhide for optimized temperature on hot days. The classic Dainese fit is slim and fitted, while at the same time providing great freedom of movement due to the S1 elastic fabric inserts on the inner arm, groin, and back leg areas. The biaxial stretch fabric inserts on the back, as well as the stretch patches on the knees and shoulder blades, are designed to simultaneously guarantee that all skin is protected, in addition to maximum flexibility and freedom of movement. The special protection system combines Dainese's classic internal protectors with removable sliders on the knees and interchangeable aluminum plates on the shoulders: A distinctive Dainese technology designed to support and facilitate sliding in case of a fall, thus preventing the dangerous risks of rolling caused by grip on asphalt. The aerodynamic hump is designed to accommodate the water bag, which can be connected to the helmet. It is placed at the shoulders and neck to protect the upper back, performing a function complementary to the back protector.

Metal Inserts: The use of metal inserts made of titanium, steel, aluminum or special alloys offers greater abrasion resistance in the joint areas of the body, reduces the risk of dangerous twists and/or tumbling during a fall, and distributes impact force over a wider surface area.

Pro-Shape: Pro-Shape 2.0 is the protective technology developed by Dainese offering extremely high impact absorption coupled with extreme flexibility and unmatched comfort. The protector takes the form of a sandwich layer, with the external sides in polymer bonded to an inner layer made of polyethylene foam. This is how this unique armor gets its extreme flexibility and high shape memory retention, ensuring excellent ergonomics.

Tutu Leather: Tutu leather is a cowhide leather developed and engineered to ensure high performance levels in terms of abrasion, tear, cut, and traction resistance. Selected premium quality raw materials guarantee extreme comfort, while ensuring the best performance even when exposed to extreme conditions thanks to its water- and oil-repellent properties.

Localized Perforation: Dainese patented technology that allows to localize perforation only in those areas where aeration is absolutely necessary and away from seams, guaranteeing greater safety and comfort.
