Unexpected surprise
I bought these bars for my 2001 vstar, I didn’t read the description for them and was ready to drill them for internal wiring. Low and behold here they are already drilled and smoothed out inside. It was extremely easy to run the wires inside and I didn’t have to extend any cables (only wires)

Comfortable and quite rigid for a 1" bar.
Installed on a '99 V-Star 1100. I made my own TBW delete plug so that I could re-use the Yamaha bar end caps. The bars are quite rigid for being 1" diameter. I find the sweep very comfortable. There is no knurling in the clamping area, but the bars have yet to slip.

Questions
Is that gonna fit even if i have a cable throttle ? What is the difference between cable and wire on the handlebar ?
Could work but you would need a TBW plug to equal out the right and left side of the handlebars: https://fortnine.ca/en/drag-specialties-handlebar-plug-for-tbw-handlebars-06340331
