nice quality chrome

What are the dimensions of this fender ornament? L x H x W And how exactly is it mounted?
It’s 7 inches long by 2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches tall. You have to drill 2 wholes in your fender and I had to take the front tire off to get put the nuts on the underside of the fender
