Was supposed to be a -1 kickstand for my lowered bike but in fact it is the exact length of a oem kickstand.

Questions
Does this come with the hardware?
The kickstand comes with a spring. I have a 1999 wide glide. When the stand is up it is to short and not reachable with my foot under the primary case. I am not using it.
