Does anyone know if they would work with SnS quick install pushrods?
Indeed, they should work, provided they match the same length as the stock tubes.

Do I have to remove the rocker box to install these?
No you don't not. Qickie style pushrods are 2 pice made to be installed and adjusted without removing the heads or rocker covers.
