They look good....but...
These mirrors have mounting shafts that are standard thread. They won't simply bolt in to the threads on the perch on a Japanese bike. I chose to drill out my perch pivot threads and use jam nuts on the mirror shaft threads to hold the mirrors tight. It works but if I fully tighten the nuts it pinches the perch and binds the brake and clutch levers. So I have to keep them a little loose and as a result the mirrors lose their position more often than I like. I ordered these mirrors mistakenly thinking they would naturally have a metric thread. My mistake, but hopefully my story may prevent someone else from doing what I did.
