Recently purchased this for my 2017 R6. The picture of the item showed the base plate. Buyers beware, YOU ARE BUYING JUST THE CAP. The base plate is not included. I didn’t realize, and had to order the base plate as a separate purchase.
Aside from that, the cap looks great! Just ordered the base plate so have to wait a while longer.
Also glad fortnine is bringing in more accessories/parts for the 2017 R6, as I have ordered from these guys for 5+ years:)

Be aware
As KHop mentioned beware, This is not the whole assembly. I don't know why they sell the parts separately and it's not just Fortnine no matter where you buy this gas cap it is two pieces that are sold separately.
I have had mine now for 4 years and although it is a great gas cap, it is very expensive.
There is no vent tubes at all. It vents very well even with my tank bag on top of it it has no problems. After years it still looks brand new.
I have had one issue with it 2 years ago and it was the rubber O ring around the cap, it did stretch on one of my rides and wouldn't seal the it properly. I managed to get it sealed and drive home. The company sent me out a new seal.
Other than it being so expensive I really like this product
