DRT Aluminum Complete Intake Vent KIt - 20005IV04101

The DRT Motorsports Polaris Pro Series Complete Intake Vent set (Black/Raw) provides an upgrade to the vehicle's appearance while adding protection to the screen mesh air filters. The complete set (P/N 20005IV04101) includes both inner and outer protection for the intake and clutch vents on the Pro Series RZR. This multilayer, laser-cut set includes a top frame finished in black powder coat and a contrasting bright anodized mesh back plate. The outer set features a frame with premium DRT branding and an inner laser-cut panel with contrast panels that allow the bright anodized finish to show through. The outer kit is also available separately (P/N 20005IV06101). The inner kit includes four aluminum mesh plates for each pocketed area of the inner intake vents and a single-formed top frame covering both inner panels. Installation of the inner kit requires removal of OEM deflectors P/N 5457037 and 5457038 on Pro R and Turbo R models. The intake vent covers are made from corrosion-resistant 6061-T6 aluminum and can be powder-coated or painted to customize the vehicle's appearance.
