Mousse wrap not suitable for Tubliss
Killer grip and playful feel with Tubliss at 8 PSI but just gets hole after hole. One hole needed 3 plugs so I put a nitro soft in (the recommended 305) and now it obviously doesn't flat every 10 minutes but it lost a lot of feel... super washy and way less playful. 15 hours in and the knobs are all cracking but still on the tire, I'm guessing it will go to 30 hours for me. 5 stars because when stuck you don't have to back up from roots even an inch, just slip the clutch and crawl up. This is the true "cheater": terrible for learning skills because it sticks to everything. Sections that used to be hit and miss and took lots of technique (on a Shinko 525 cheater) I can now ride sitting down with zero technique. This tire makes the whole thing a different game. Five-star-love-hate-relationship; I'm buying another one right now.

Awesome traction
Upgrade from the AT81 and the EX version is amazing. I suspect the life will be much lower but for the gain in performance I think it’s well worth it for the single track/ enduro style I like to ride l. Will definitely purchase again!

Buy skill, stop frustration, cheat like a pro
When other tires couldnt grip the northern BC wet slick clay, mud, and steep climbs with roots in fsj and chetwynd, I listened to riders in local club and got this. Honestly it took rides that were frustrating, and border line survival, struggles to just get out of the trails and made them fun.. very reasonable challenges. When dry it is unnecessary for most riding.. it's stupid capable. 3-30k rides and the tires finally showed signs of wear (slight tear marks front of knob after third ride when I travelled fast up dry hard pack and rocky climbs). Holds up well. I use with nitro mouse. Feels great. Hard to mount.. really did not wanna seat the bead. So.. use alot of lube on the bead. Downside- it takes away some of the challenge. Upside.. in worst wet terain you still have a smile. I ride to have fun. This tire makes it fun. Any more than techy slow single track.. and the speed will dissolve this tire fast. Once back south, and in faster terrain Ill switch back to a different tire. Chears

Insane grip
Bought this after having 3 shinko cheaters in a row. This tire has insane grip! The downside is, just like the original at81, riding sharp rock trails it tore a few holes after my 3rd ride.
I'm going to switch from tubliss to a mousse tube. It's time. Problem solved.

One of the top gummy enduro tires on the market today. A lot more money than a shinko cheater but in wet conditions worth it.
