Great Front Tire
I bought this tire for a CB77 project bike as the tread pattern is correct to the vintage of the original. Tire performs well. I have no complaints and will purchase again for other projects.

Are these tubeless tires?
They are all tubeless unless otherwise mentioned. There is a tube type where "TT" is listed in the 3.00-21 size.

What ply tire is the Duro HF 301 tire , What is the speed rating ? Wanted the HF 319 but its out of stock , is this tire comparable ?

HF301 includes taller center profile
All variations of the HF-301 have a Ply Rating of 4
All Variations of the HF-301 have a Speed Rating of P (150km/h)
For the HF319:
A traditional pattern and traditional styling for vintage motorcycles
Can be used as a front and rear tire
All have a ply rating: 4
All have a speed rating: P (150km/h)
Note there are a few exceptions:
2.50-17 Ply Rating: 6 Speed Rating: L (120 km/h)
2.75-17 Ply Rating: 6 Speed Rating: P (150km/h)
