Are these direct replacement for Keihin jets in terms of sizing? ie. Genuine Keihin 110 is 0.0420" diameter, are these the same?

Would these fit a Keihin VE65A carb? It is a CV type 34mm (1984 CB750SC (requires #115)

Yes.
CVKs all share same style jets but are different in sizes.
The different numbers after CVK indicate the aperture on the engine size in mm. CVK34=34mm aperture.
