Decent quality.
I bought this muffler hoping it would be quieter than the baffled pipe that I had. It is. It is not as quiet as my stock Harley muffler, though, and that's good. This muffler has all the deep tones that I wanted, and none of the sharp, high tones that most people find annoying.

Questions
I am currently using the 19 inch turnout muffler. Its LOUD. Will this 27 inch turnout be quieter ?
This 3 1/4 inch wide by 27 inches long muffler is much quieter than its smaller bretheren. I feel it is NOT a quiet as a stock Harley muffler, though. It has a deep rumble with none of the sharper notes common to steel-baffled-only mufflers. Very pleasant to listen to and, I believe, will not attract the attention of the authorities. Performance has not been affected, either. I am happy with this purchase.
