Bike runs so much better
Bike now runs as it should, the only issue i have with this purchase is the factory wire leads are opposite of what they need to be for a direct install but that was a simple 5 minute fix and you can't really expect them to be perfect for a 40 year old application. Now i have strong blue sparks on both cylinders, which made tuning the carbs so much easier. Best part is you can't beat the price. Yamaha dealership quoted me 250$ each for oem and 100$ each for after market.

Fitment Issue
Bought this for a 1977 Kawasaki KZ750. It says guaranteed fit, but is in fact not. The part may very well be usable for my bike but cannot be mounted with the hardware supplied by Emgo in the box or the pre existing Kawasaki mounting bolts. The coil unit itself is about a half inch smaller than OEM so the mounting bolt holes don't line up. I'll need to get creative to mount it securely.

These are good quality replacement coils for a 70’s Yamaha, but you will have to replace the the female plug to a male, and the male to a female for it to fit. A minor irritant but cannot give it 5* becuz of this

Works, had to redo the ends to fit the bike. Lets see how long they last.
