The GA2 FAT features the same technology and shaping as the popular GA2, but with extra thick 33 mm circumference. The ergonomic optimized form allows reduced force while gripping, because the grip zones are matched to the hand. The inner construction varies in thickness allowing greater damping. Super soft, UV-stable rubber compound is exclusively manufactured in Germany for Ergon! This allows greater control even on demanding trails.

Fabulous - solves hand discomfort
These grips really cured my hand fatigue/ ache. The “mini-wings” are not obtrusive for mountain biking. I also bought a large size, even though my hands are small, as the larger surface area provides even more support.

Less writs pain
I tore my TFCC and was waiting for surgery to shorten my Ulna. Mountain biking was painful, however, these grips made it possible for me to continue to ride fairly comfortably before and after the surgery. All healed up now, but I continue to use these grips on both my regular mountain bike as well as my DH bike.
