Note: The difference with an Over-Center Buckle is the toothless design, which does not destroy web like a standard Cam Buckle. It features a lever that, when pushed down, moves the strap into a locked position. The lever pivots over the center point, securing the strap tightly. In summary, Over-Center Buckles provide a more secure hold but are less adjustable, while Cam Buckles allow for easier and quicker tension adjustments.
