Fastway Spark Arrestor End Cap - PMB-01-6102

The Fastway Spark Arrestor End Cap is designed as an efficient way to convert your stock muffler into a USFS approved spark arrested muffler.

When the spark arrestor screens are not required, such as at the MX track, simply remove two machine screws on each end cap and take out the screens!

Each end cap is machined out of solid 6061 aluminum and anodized with a protective finish. Designed to quickly and easily convert stock, 4-strokes and some 2-strokes, to United States Forest Service (U.S.F.S.) approved mufflers.

You'll also get the added benefit of lowering your bikes sound output by 2 decibels without having to negatively affect your machine's performance. The end cap is simple to install with the included hardware and comes in colors that are hard anodized to preserve the end cap from harsh conditions and keep it looking fresh.

Performance tips and spark arrestors are easily installed or interchanged with just a few screw turns and can be adjusted depending on what kind of riding you want to do.

Note: If you have a FE/XCFW 450 2023-2025: This bike has a cone resonator welded into the very end of the muffler and the included "witches hat" spark arrestor cannot be installed unless this resonator is ground out and removed. This will change the power and of the bike and make the muffler louder. Some riders opt to run the end cap and retain the resonator leaving out the included spark arrestor screen. Others opt to remove the resonator and run the screen for full USFD SA compliance. The choice is up to you.
