Great for the price
I bought these about a month ago, they've been better then my summer gloves for the spring weather here in BC. They don't seem they would offer much protection if you go down but that's the tradeoff. They fit small I'd recommend getting one size larger then you normally do.

real waterproof
I wore them from 8am to 1pm in the pouring rain. I kid you not, 100% dry hands. I felt guilty looking at my friends hands with coffee that looked like they were in the pool for 3 hours. Shocked. i had to buy up a size. I have 2XL "Five: gloves that fit, but these I needed to return and go up a size.

Reasonable entry level glove
I bought this glove to riding my 50cc scooter to work during the winter. The fit was great out of the box and, while I havent really had the chance to wear them in the rain much, they kept my hands dry the one time it did rain.
As for the insulation you would want a heated grip or insert around 5'C or so, especially if you live in a place with a moist cold like Vancouver BC.
The protection seems a bit low as the only visible protection is a small foam pad for your knuckles.
All told they are a fine glove for my purposes of sub 60kmh commuting on a daily basis.

Comfortable
I’ve used these for a while and am satisfied. I was caught in a few downpours and they kept my hands dry. There seems to be adequate protection with the knuckle guard and the palm slider. As for cold weather riding 0’ C to 5’ C would be the lowest that these would be effective and that would be pushing it.

Good cold weather alternative
Bought these gloves for some warmth and waterproofing. So far they have performed well on both fronts. They keep my hands warm for an hour or so if I am riding around on 0-5 Celsius day, and longer if its warmer than that. I have no issue with my hands getting wet either. Full soaking on highway with rain and hands stay dry. Only down side is that you have to get used to a bulkier glove, as compared to my warm weather gloves. The thumb seems to be a bit longer too.

Good Value
As others have said before me order a size up, good advice and its correct for me also. Fit is nice and are warm, but again like others have said no real prtection for a fall. But at least your hands will be warm and dry.

Good gloves
Gloves are comfortable and warm. Kept my hands dry in light rain. Got a little damp in downpours but dried quickly and my hands did not get wet.
