Significant changes, for the worse
I bought these a month ago prior to a 4000km, 16 day off road trip. I have owned a few pairs of these gloves over the last 10 years, the quality has gone down, the fit is much tighter than earlier versions and the knuckle armour doesn’t fit as well. They are thicker and warmer than previous versions of this same model.

Comfortable lightweight gloves
The armor is extremely rigid but not uncomfortable and these gloves allow for a ton of clutch feel and airflow. My one problem is that when I dropped one in a mud puddle, the fabric had already ripped in two places, one of the fabric pieces from the rips stuck to my hand when I took the gloves off, strange. I wouldn't recommend getting these wet or sliding in them. Great gloves but not great Road protection.

Not the greatest fitting knuckle protection. Lasted about a month of single track riding before splitting at the seam between index and thumb.

Best Protection
This is my third pair of these gloves. I keep buying them when they wear out because they provide the best hand protection of any mountain bike gloves that I have found. Fox has also improved the design.
