I don't see arm straps to keep the shoulder pads in place - does it have them?
No there aren’t any straps for the shoulder cups but once your jersey is on they don’t seem to move around much. It’s a well made vest for the money.

Will this chest protector work well with my 4.5 leatt neck brace ?
it works perfect with chest protector but you can't wear anything over the chest protector to use the neck brace so only good for warmer weather
