Good protection. But they pinch!
Bought a pair for myself, as well as my husband. I like that these pads are slim, have a hard shell and also protect part of the upper arm. I happen to have tiny, shapeless arms. When I tightened the straps enough to keep the pads in place, the straps would pinch when I bent my arms more than 90 degrees. My husband had the larger size pads to fit his arms. He works out and has proper biceps, triceps and forearms compared to me. The straps also pinched his arms quite badly. This is unfortunate, because these elbow pads seem to be very well made. If Fox had put a layer of mesh fabric between the straps and skin, it would solve the problem.
