This storage solution can be worn either over or under your jersey. If hydration is your thing, the dual water bottle holsters will turn you into a H2O bottle slinger, giving you up to 50oz of capacity(Regular size only). Don't worry about getting too hot either—the wicking fabric keeps you cool and dry.

A bit large, but solid built and lots of room
I know there's a more portable version of this, but the portable one seemed probably too small so I got this large one. I think it could be a touch smaller, but man does it fit a lot of stuff if you need it to. It's comfy to wear, though I haven't tried it in the summer heat to test its ability to wick away moisture. The side pockets for water bottles can be tucked away to make it more seamless if you're not using that part which is great. Lots of little pockets inside to organize your things. It has a great style that does make it seem less like a fanny pack and more like some sort of utility belt.
