Decent gloves.
Overall I like these gloves. They are water resistant and have nice stretch. The long cuff is nice too, but it is a bit tight. I don't have girthy sausage fingers, but I find these fingers very snug. That is the biggest flaw. They are warm enough but the tight fingers get cold at anything below 0degrees.

Fox ranger gloves
perfect for shoulder seasons in victoria. Warm, but not bulky. You'll need warmer gloves 3c ish and colder or if your are moving faster. the grips on the fingers are awesome for water bottles and wet levers. careful, the gloves will melt if you put your hand behind a hot motorcycle exhaust for more than a second.
