Is it a pair of knee pads or sold individually?
These are sold in pairs.

Do these knee pads work with boots? Or would the buckles be to annoying comfort wise being on the inside of the boot?
Fox Racing lists these as MTB and MX friendly, but they did also mention that they are stiffer and you may have some trouble with these with MX Boots - it really depends on whether or not your boots can accommodate.
