One of the best chest protector
One of the best chest protector I have found. The cut in the front allow one of the best mobility I have seen in this kind of chest protector. The paddings for impact protection added inside are very good and are worth all the extra (small) cost compared to the cheaper basic roost guards. You may note it add some noticeable weight, but I think it's worth the added protection.
Size chart is way off, as usual with youth's gear. My 8yo daughters is 4'-2'' and the small is 2''-4'' too long to allow proper mobility. The small may fit more toward a minimum of 4'-6'' tall kid.
