Good build quality but very baggy
These are built well, but are SUPER baggy. I have a 32" inseam and ordered a large, which was a great length, but I'd bet I could fit them over my goalie pads, as they're so generous.
Very easy to get on, but I can't imagine actually getting off the bike and walking around anywhere in them.

Best Waterproofing Pants I've Ever Owned
I've had everything from the triple layer "waterproof" pants to the single, essentially garbage bag thin single layer, and nothing tops these. Everytime my torso gets soaked or my boots get wet, my pants come out the most dry.
*I will however add in that after maybe an hour or 2 of riding the side of my pants gets a little soaked, simply because that's where the seam for the pocket zippers are. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5

Light and always dry
Nice rain gear, but my previous pair had zippers on the pant legs so you could pull these trousers on without removing your boots. So i sent this pair back

Waterproof but not very durable
Wore these a few times on a recent trip to Europe. Stayed completely dry. The problem is that the liner snags easily on boots so you must take off your footwear before sliding the pants on. No lower leg zipper to make the job easier. I don't care about style where rain gear is concerned but someone wearing these on a regular basis will be disapointed with their durability.

Used them literally 3 times. The last time my ... junction between my legs was soaky wet, just like if i had pied myself.... yup, not the most confortable sitiation while riding. But hey, the rest was dry... i guess

Great versitillity
I bought this item for my dad because most waterproof products were too baggy or had the bib attached. This product was easy to pull over his trousers, fit snuggly enough but still had easy of movement. He liked he could fit it comfortably using the velcro arround the ankles and the draw string at the top. The fabric felt durable enough to withstand rough treatment.

Cheap and effective
I've had these for 2 riding seasons now and they've kept me dry through several rain storms. I can just barely put them on over my boots. They are too baggy and look ridiculous but for the price I'm not complaining.
