Helps keep you warm but doesn't fit very well
There is not enough room inside the helmet for the anti-fog piece on the front to function properly, it gets squished against the chin bar. Also the picture is misleading where it looks like the back of head and neck is covered but there is actually only a 2.5 inch strap going around the back of the neck.
