Great Gear
Love the gear, the monosuit fits as it should. Gloves are warm. Customer service is atrocious. Ordered a brand new helmet. Fort nine sent a broken one. Sent it back, wasn’t refunded. They ordered another one. Customer service told me that the new one was on its way. Then a week later they said “oh actually we sold out and there isn’t one coming. We can cancel your order or pick a helmet that doesn’t match your monosuit.” I will never deal with Fortnine ever again due to their absolute lack of customer service. Review reflects service.
