I installed these Galfer semi metallic pads a few weeks ago to replace oem type sintered pads. I am not hard on brakes but I want strong braking with good feel .I only have about 500 kilometres on them but so far they have been great.great power and feel.Maybe a little more dusty on the wheels.

Picture Fortnine uses is misleading
The pads are fine, but, the picture Fortnine uses on the product page is not what you are buying. I specifically wanted the now discontinued Galfer green pads for my KLR650 and thought I found some at Fortnine. The green ones were not what arrived and when I mentioned it to Fortnine with a suggestion to update the picture they dismissed me and said that the picture is not intended to represent what you are buying. Huh? I also had this with a helmet I ordered arriving with a bunch of graphics on it that were not at all in the pic. I thin Fortnine is losing sight of the basics.

A perfect fit
I bought these brakes for my BMW F800GS because they were at a way better price point than getting them from the dealer.
The slid in as well as OEM brakes and have a good feel when stopping.
Just a little tip that I'm sure everyone knows, Make sure to compress the brake piston with a "C" clamp (or some other method) before you try to install the new ones.
It makes installing the thicker(new) pads so much easier.

Works great!
I replaced both front pads and brake fluid on my Kat750 and the brakes are noticably better. The pads seem to grip better from light to hard lever pressure - very smooth use.
