Great small tank bag
Perfect fit on my F700. It's a smaller bag for sure but fits the necessaries and you can get your gloves in when you need to. Super simple to fit with decent straps. Magnets don't work for my plastic tank area but the included straps are fine (survived a reasonably quick off-road drop no problem).

Good Value for Money
I’ve just bought and installed this on my 2019 bmw 850 GS Adventure. It is a smallish bag and this suits me as I was looking for something to carry my phone,wallet, keys and a few other items. It does not obstruct my view or seating and it takes the shape of my fuel tank nicely. It looks sharp with the fluorescent zipper handles. The magnetic portion of the bag is of no use as the entire fuel tank on this model is shrouded in plastic. The supplied straps worked well to firmly secure it to the tank as does the strap that fits around the stem of the frame. It’s going to be a bit of a pain to fuel up as it is going to require removing or loosening of two or more straps to access fuel cap. Furthermore, removal of the bag for security reasons will be time-consuming so you may want to think about how often you’ll want to remove it. If your looking for a relatively inexpensive small tank bag it works well and is functional this is good value for money. I like how it functions on my bike.

Universal Fit Indeed - Works for my KLX250
I was looking at buying a phone mount but I've seen comments saying that's not ideal for dirt bike stuff, it will basically cost you a new phone at some point. So I gave this somewhat similar priced bag a try, it shows me my phone ( the pocket is way bigger than my samsung s7) , the plastic transfers finger presses and slides no problem (for now, it's new and clean). PLUS I have my wallet, money, keys in the front small pocket, The KLX having a narrow tank, I'm sure I'm losing usable space but I'll be able to fit go pro stuff, some food, maybe the small heavy tools. It fits super tight will all the straps. Won't fall off I'm sure. Not waterproof. Comes with a waterproof cover, which I won't stop to install, so I'll buy some waterproofing spray instead.

Small magnets, awkward tether
The design of the T Bag is pretty good, however it only has two small round magnets on the side wing portions and will definitely not hold without the front tether...and there is the rub. The tether requires a looping around the frame/steering column...not an easy task on most bikes, so unless you intend to keep it attached all the time and not concerned about taking the tank bag with you when you park it, it may work for you. Otherwise, you will have to fight with disconnecting the tether, weaving it through the frame/steering column every time you want to take it off...and that to me is awkward and time consuming. The tether only has one clip which forces you to take the entire bag off the tank. I didn't like it for that...the whole idea of a magnetic tank bag is that you are supposed to be able to easily detach it and go. I never leave a tank bag on my bag in populated areas (e.g. shopping mall parking lots)...because it will likely be snatched by some bored thief or at the very least cleaned of it's contents prior to your return.

Très pratique sur mon road trip Montréal Californie. Un peu maladroit pour poser avec le bouchon de réservoir, et il faut enlever les gants pour ouvrir, mais pochette téléphone/GPS très apprécée!

how is it attached without magnets? Does it come with a TFS?
It has magnets in the flaps on the sides , aswell has a strap to attach to head tube or handlebar . Works nice

No you cannot use the phones touchscreen . the plastic is to thick .

do the straps have quick release for refueling ?
Yes there is a buckle at the front that goes around your head tube then the magnets hold in in place side to side .
