Good looking, poor quality.
Flows with the lines of my bike well, and installation wasn't too bad in spite of Givi's traditionally poor instructions (you'll have to figure out which spacers and bolts go where on your own though its pretty much impossible to mix them up).
However the build quality is rather poor, for one as other people have mentioned the paint right out of the bag has issues, around the welds have already flaked off and will no doubt start rusting.. Additionally my biggest gripe with the quality was the hardware. The long threaded rod that replaces the bottom motor mount bolt stripped the threads long before coming up to torque, can't get the nut on or off just spins in place so either the threads on the rod or on the nut just completely collapsed. Because I already had the bike apart and was doing this at a friends house I had no choice but to do down to Rona and pick up a length of threaded rod and a couple of nylocks for the new rod. Besides this being a massive inconvenience the fix cost me an additional $20 on the product. Additionally the included rod was a few MM shy of the proper length to begin with, which means the included locking nut wouldn't have functioned properly anyway.
I probably could do a warranty claim, but that would have wasted god knows how long and jump through who knows how many hoops with an Italian company and still wouldn't excuse the poor quality hardware that failed in the first place. Even cheap building supply non automotive grade hardware never fails like this.
