Read before buying
I bought this for my 2017 S1000R; the mounting is easy enough, but the furnished M101.5 (60mm) bolts (button head) to affix the mounting plates to the frame are cheap stainless steel that is not meant for the required 60 Nm spec torque. They stripped immediately without reaching the required torque and I had to remove them with pliers, then replace them with socket head 12.9 grade M10-1.5 mechanical bolts bought from a local shop. For 75 cents a piece, they could've included this grade of bolt with the kit from the beginning...
