Great cases, kind of pricey
These cases mount great on the PL3112 Givi rack. They look good, feel solid, are easy to remove/attach, and don't stick out further than the handlebars. All good so far. Leaving on a 3 week trip and hope all initial impressions hold up.

Little Expensive but Worth It
Great bags, but quite expensive. Solidly built and a fair amount of storage space within and needing the key to even remove the cases from the racks is nice to see. Bought the 2-pack and both cases are keyed to the same key and Givi even supplies a spare lock cylinder and set of keys for a possible future top case to have them all keyed to the same key.

Top Quality
Love it..Such a great upgrade from using a backpack. The cases themselves are super solid, very well built. Latches are easy to operate, they keep unit cinched up nice and tight, no water or dust has penetrated either case. The hinges are solid as well, no loose play in them. The locking mechanism is very secure, not only to keep the lid locked, but also locked to the rack on bike, the cases themselves sit so secure on the racks that, if you were so inclined you could pick the rear end of the bike up by the Trekker itself. That being said, I have no worries leaving valuables inside when I'm away from the bike. Overall, very satisfied...may get a matching top case in the future.

Expensive. I have not had the opportunity to use these on a ride yet. Fit is good. Look good. Install and remove easily. I wish they were keyed alike (I now have 4 keys on my bike key).

I bought these a month ago and am greatly satisfied with them. I suggest buying in pairs though so one key fits both cases.

Great Side Cases
A little on the expensive side, but so far I've been quite impressed with their quality. Really like the feature that allows it to be opened halfway. Came with lots of extra keys and spare lock cylinders.

Yes it will.

Can it be used as a top case?
Yes it can be used as a top case. You’ll need a Givi top rack, but it hooks on to the top rack the same as it does a side rack.

Do these fit with the Givi PL4121 racks?
No, it will not fit with the Trekker cases . Any of the outback cases will work with that rack.
