Solid Construction and Givi Quality.
This is only the top box mounting plate that attaches to the motorcycle-specific hardware. It is well finished and even bolt-hole covers are included in the kit. Givi stuff is well made and I highly recommend them. It's not cheap but you get your money's worth down the road. None of this 'one-size-fits-none' garbage.
