Works great !!
Bought this for my 2020 Kawasaki versys 650. Fits all generation 3 versys 650, not sure about 2022 tho. Looks good, good protection for that rectifier. Had one on my 2015 versys, bought this one for my 2020. All good !!

Looks great, works good.
The mudguard helps to keep some of the road grime off of my suspension and regulator rectifier.
The instructions were terrible but the pictures were helpful and I had it installed in no time.
Additionally, the price is a little high for what it is but Givi stuff usually is.
If you have a lowering link on your Versys it will require some light modification to the install but nothing too involved.

good for the price
Installation was simple, any novice can do this. Looks good for the price. It's been installed about a month now and no issues. Just remember if you get a nail in your tire it may break or crack this guard.
